Betty J. Hague, 82, formerly of 434 N. Perry Street in St. Marys, OH died 6:33 a.m. Saturday May 29, 2010 at Celina Manor Nursing Home in Celina, OH.

She was born March 5, 1928 in St. Marys, OH to Lawrence and Lula (Miller) Fisher.

On November 25, 1948, she married Charles James Hague, who died in April of 1997.

She is survived by:

• son, James Hague of Celina, OH
• son, Steven (Marge Gehm) Hague of Mendon, OH
• daughter, Deborah Kay (David) Ware of Austin, TX
• son, Scott (Anna) Hague of St. Marys, OH
• 17 grandchildren 25 great-grandchildren 1 great-great-grandchild
• sister, Naomi Longsworth of St. Marys, OH
• sister, Maxine Gause of Newark, OH

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother, Dan “Junior” Fisher; infant sister, Pauline Fisher

She worked as a janitor for the St. Mary City Schools and performed domestic housekeeping duties for a number of area families.

She was a member of Calvary Baptist Independent Baptist Church in Minster, OH and Eagles Lodge Aerie # 767 auxiliary in St. Marys.

Her favorite pastimes included dancing and playing bingo.

Rites will be conducted 11:30 a.m. Thursday June 3, 2010 at Miller - Long & Folk Funeral Home 314 W. High Street in St. Marys, with Pastor Tony Richmond, officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, in St. Marys.

Visitation for family and friends will be held 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home on High Street.
