Former Wapakoneta resident Frances W. “Fran” Grover, 54, of Devils Lake, ND, died Friday February 27, 2009 at the Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, ND.

She was born July 11, 1954 at Lima, OH to Edward F. & Mary Margaret (Fullerton) Grover.

Survivors include:

Daughter, Randi (Duane) Music of Devils Lake, ND

Son, Larry (Robyn) Barrett of Wapakoneta, OH

Grandchildren: Dillon, Olivia, Shelby, Cody, Kali, Samuel, Alexis and Abigail

Mother, Mary Margaret Grover of Coldwater, OH

Sister, Jane (Mike) Weigel of Coldwater, OH

Nieces: Jill (Chuck) Davis, Joni (Scott Piper) Weigel

Great-nephew, Casey Davis

She was preceded in death by her father and daughter, Tammy Kay Barrett

She was a graduate of Wapakoneta High School and Lima Technical College.  She worked as a respiratory therapist at JTDM Hospital in St.Marys.

She was a lover of animals, especially her pets Fletcher, Foxy and Speckles.

Services are scheduled 10:30 a.m. Saturday March 7, 2009 at the Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home (High Street Chapel) in St.Marys, with the Rev. D. Lynn Fox, officiating. Burial will follow at the Fairmount Cemetery, near Uniopolis, OH.

Visitation one hour prior to services.
