Frances E. Garringer, 79, 870 Hillcrest, St.Marys, OH died Tuesday, July 10, 2007 at her residence.

She was born February 13, 1928 near Portland, IN, the daughter of Thomas and Inez (Wellman) Adams.

She married William Garringer on June 21,1947; he preceded her in death on July 9, 1995.

She is survived by:

¨ Daughter, Judy Clancy, Summerville, SC

¨ Son, Ed (Pamela) Garringer, Wapakoneta, OH

¨ Five Grandchildren

¨ Six great-grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Joe and Adrian Adams; by one son-in-law, Patrick Clancy.

Frances graduated from high school in Portland, IN.  She retired from Crown Equipment Corporation in New Bremen, OH after 28 years of service. 

She was a member of the First Wesleyan Church in St.Marys, OH.

She enjoyed cooking, reading, sewing and traveling.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 14,2007 at Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, St.Marys, OH., the Rev. Roger Channell officiating.  Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery in St.Marys.

Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, were memorial donations may be directed to the American Heart Association.
