Paul I. Garman, 90, of 11279 East Drive in St.Marys, OH died 8:03 p.m. Tuesday May 4, 2010 at St.Marys Living Center. 

He was born April 28, 1920 in Jackson, MI to Hubert Leroy and Bertha S. (Rohlin) Garmin. 

Survivors include:   son Gary Lavern (Michelle) Garman  of St.Marys, OH

                                 son Bruce Garman  of  Mesquite, TX 

                                 son Gary Lee (Julie) Garman  of Lindale, GA

                                 daughter Paula Garman  of Lima, OH

                                 daughter Arliss (Michael) Meinderding  of Mendon, OH

                                 step-son Ronald (Danella) Kastner  of Farmersville, OH

                                 step-son Roger Kastner  of Moraine, OH

                                 step-son James Keith (Brenda) Kastner  of Moraine, OH

                                 numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren

                                 neighbor and caregiver Rebecca (Earl) Knutzen, Jr.  of St.Marys, OH 

He was preceded in death by:  parents, wife Norma (Haught) Kastner-Garman, sisters: Faye Kohler, Ramona Schlatman, Jo Ann Barga 

He was a retired technician from the Nelson's Body Shop in St.Marys.   He was an avid hunter and enjoyed fishing at the Forty Acre Pond, north of St.Marys. He wiil be greatly missed by his neighbors and friends. 

Services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Saturday May 8, 2010 at Miller Funeral Home & Cremation Service 1605 Celina Road in St.Marys. Burial will follow at German Protestant Cemetery in New Bremen, OH. 

Visitation will be held after 10:00 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
