John F. Frey, 83, formerly of 150 Bayshore Court in St.Marys, OH died 5:10 p.m. Wednesday March 4, 2009 at his residence in Pasadena, TX. 

He was born April 27, 1925 in St.Marys Twp. - Auglaize Co., OH to L. Edward & Clara (Moore) Frey. 

He was married to Elinora Walker, who died March 5, 1993. 

He is survived by:

Son, John (Barb) Frey of Colorado Springs, CO

Daughter, Jane (Ron) Paulus of Pasadena, TX

Son, Mike (Debbie) Frey of St.Marys, OH

Son, Jim Frey of St.Marys, OH

Numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren

Brother, Charles (Irene) Frey of St.Marys, OH 

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; sisters, Mary Anderson & Beatrice Keiber; brothers, Leroy & Woodrow Frey. 

He was a veteran of the armed forces, having served as a military policeman in the US Army. 

He was a retired production worker from the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. in St.Marys and also retired as manager of the Public Storage Co. in Alexandria, VA.

He was a member of the VFW Post # 9289 and the American Legion Post # 323, both in St.Marys.

Services are scheduled 11:00 a.m. Tuesday March 10, 2009 at the Miller Funeral Home (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St.Marys. Burial, with graveside military rites, will follow at the Resthaven Memory Gardens, near Moulton, OH.

Visitation for family and friends will be held 6 - 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
