Sgt. Timothy G. Fraley, 40, of 423 North Wayne Street, Saint Marys, Ohio, died 10:15 P.M. Thursday, October 28, 1010, at Saint Ritas Medical Center, Lima, following a sudden illness.
He was born August 5, 1970, in Hazard, Kentucky, the son of Ronnie and Connie (Creech) Fraley. His father, Ronnie(Lora Jane) Fraley survives in London, South Carolina; his mother, Connie (Steven) Fowler survives in Saint Marys, Ohio.
He married Tracy Weaver on April 21, 1989 and she survives at the residence.
He is also survived by his four children: Jordan Fraley of Celina; Chase Fraley of Saint Marys; Mason Fraley of Saint Marys; Brittney Fraley of Saint Marys; by a brother: Derrick (Heather) Fraley of Saint Marys; a sister: Carmelita Huelsmeyer of Celina; by his father and mother in law: Robert (Sherry) Weaver of Saint Marys; by his maternal grandmother: Gladys Morris of Hazard, Ky.
Timothy was a 1989 graduate of Saint Marys Memorial High School. He was a veteran of the United States Army, having served for 16 years. He had been stationed in Korea, Ft. Hood; Ft. Campbell; and served two tours of duty in Iraq. He retired as a sergeant.
He enjoyed hunting.
Funeral rites will be held 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, November 2, 2010, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, Ohio, the Reverend Bill Maki, officiant. Burial, with military rites performed by an Army contingent from Ft. Knox, will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
Friends may call from 5-8 P.M. Monday, November 1, 2010, at the Miller Funeral Home, where memorial donations may be directed to a college fund for Tim’s children.
