Ina A. Blakeley-Fisher, 88, formerly of 05201 Lock 14 Road in rural Auglaize Co, OH died 5:42 a.m. Thursday January 19, 2012 at Golden Living Center – Valley in St. Marys.

 

She was born January 15, 1924 in Shamrock, OK to Clyde and Vada (Ankney) Stauffer.

 

She is survived by:

Husband, Frederick W. Fisher  of St. Marys, OH

Daughter, Ginger Ann (Herbert) Brown  of Van Wert, OH

Son, Samuel N. Blakeley  of Lima, OH

Son, Larry (Phyllis) Blakeley  of Van Wert, OH

Son, Dan (Sheila) Fisher  of Park Hill, OK

Numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren

 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Vada Stauffer; brother, Billy Lee Stauffer; brother, Charles Stauffer; brother, Eugene Stauffer; brother, John Stauffer; sister, Pauline Ferguson; sister, Lois Sheffer.

 

She was a 1942 graduate of Memorial High School in St. Marys.  She

retired production employee with the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. in St. Marys, where she was a drill press operator.

 

Her favorite pastime was fishing with her husband, Fred.

 

Rites are scheduled 1:30 p.m. Tuesday January 24, 2012 at Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys, with the Rev. Bill Maki, officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.

 

Visitation for family and friends will be held  2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home on Ohio 703 West.
