Ronald L. “Peaches” Dunlap, 68, a resident of the Saint Marys Living Center, and formerly of 140 Villa Nova Blvd. in Saint Marys, died 7:15 A.M. Sunday, November 21, 2010.

He was born April 21, 1942, in Saint Marys, the son of Harold and Betty (Goodwin) Dunlap.

He married Helen Huber and she preceded him in death on May 28, 2005.

He is survived by his three children: Carolyn Dunlap of San Diego; Ronald Dunlap, Jr of San Diego and Jeffrey Dunlap of San Diego; by one grandson, Marcus Dunlap of San Diego; by siblings: James (Sandy) Dunlap of Saint Marys; Bettina Jane Winters of Saint Marys; Sondra (Dennis) Kugler of Saint Marys; Kathy (Dennis) Ward of Wapakoneta; Valerie (Danny) Salisbury of Saint Marys; Anita (Ron) Savage of Saint Marys.

He was preceded in death by his parents; by an infant brother, Stevie Dunlap; by two brothers, Harold “Pete” Dunlap; Mike Dunlap; by his wife, Helen.

Peaches retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in Saint Marys. He enjoyed playing bingo, camping and fishing.

Funeral rites will be held 10:30 A.M. Wednesday, November 24, 2010, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, Ohio, the Reverend Bill Maki, officiant. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.

Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.
