James D. (Jim) Davis died 7-19-2011 at his residence at Grand Lake St. Marys, Celina.

He is survived by wife Louise and children Don, JD & Nan Davis Huckeriede and grandchildren Zach, Ali and Macy Davis Ferrall.   Also surviving are sisters Joanne Ginter, Jeanne Smucker and brothers Jack Davis & Junior Davis.

Jim taught school in St. Marys for 28 years and served as State Representative for this district for 10 years and also served as President of St Marys City Council.

There will be no services. The family requests in lieu of flowers that memorials may be directed to the St. Marys Community Foundation/Jim Davis Scholarship Fund, 146 East Spring St., St. Marys OH, 45885 for an educational scholarship established in his name.
