Beverly L. Chilcoat, 74, of 10702 Mercer-Auglaize Co. Line Road in St.Marys, OH died 9:57 a.m. Friday November 6, 2009 at St.Rita’s Medical Center in Lima, OH.

She was born Beverly Louise Arndts August 7, 1935 in Dayton, OH.

She married Rafe Chilcoat, Sr. who preceded her in death.

Survivors include:

daughter, Darlene Chilcoat of St.Marys, OH

son, Charles (Regina) Chilcoat of St.Marys, OH

daughter, Lorie (Greg) Meece of Peoria, AZ

step-son, Rafe Chilcoat, Jr. of St.Marys, OH

step-son, Randy Chilcoat of St.Marys, OH

She was preceded in death by her parents, Orville and Helen (Mustard) Yaney; husband, Rafe Chilcoat, Sr.; son, Paul Chilcoat; step-siblings: Robert, Jerry, Orville & Mary Yaney

She was a 1953 Graduate of Celina Sr. High School.

She was a homemaker, who also had worked at Fisher Cheese Co. in Wapakoneta, the former pickle factory in Celina and on a dairy farm near Buckland.

She was a member of Eagles Lodge #767 auxiliary, in St.Marys.

She was an avid reader, enjoyed painting and drawing, and raised and showed great dane dogs.

Services are scheduled 7:00 p.m. Tuesday November 10, 2009 at Miller Funeral Home & Cremation Service 1605 Celina Road in St.Marys. Private family burial will take place at the Swamp College Cemetery, in rural Celina.

Visitation for family and friends will be held 4 - 7 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home on Celina Road.
