Louis Charles Boltz, 89, formerly of 638 Southway Drive, St.Marys, OH died 4:28 a.m. January 31, 2012 at The Gardens in Celina, Celina, OH.

He was born February 9, 1922 in St.Marys, OH the son of Harry and Elizabeth (Moeller) Boltz, Sr.

On August 29, 1941 in Adrian, Michigan he married Millicent A. Chiles, who died September 2, 2002.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; son, Charles Boltz; son, Louis Q. Boltz; grandson, Shannon Mihm; brother, Harry “Johnny” Boltz, Jr.; sister, Louise “Aim” McDermitt; sister, Esther Boltz; sister, Jean Ackley; brother, Bill Boltz.

He was a machinist in the tool and die industry.  He attended Grace United Methodist Church, St.Marys, OH.

He loved tinkering on automobiles, woodworking and aggravating his family.

Funeral rites will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 3, 2012 at Miller – Long & Folk Funeral Home 314 W. High Street in St.Marys, OH, the Rev. Charles Richtmyer, officiant.  Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St.Marys, OH.

Visitation for family and friends will be held Thursday, 5 - 8 p.m. at the funeral home on High Street.
