Eddie R. Badertscher, 64, of 08807 Ohio 219 in Celina, OH died Saturday October 9, 2010 from injuries sustained in an accident involving his farm tractor in rural Auglaize Co.

He was born March 2, 1946 in Mercer Co., OH to Don A. and Imogene L. (McKee) Badertscher.

Survivors include:

• Sister, Donnagene (James) Quivey of Charleston, IL
• Nieces and nephews
• Numerous cousins, including John (Sue) Duncan of St. Marys, OH

He was a 1964 graduate of Memorial High School in St. Marys.

He was a life-long farmer.

He was a member of the Wayne Street United Methodist Church in St. Marys.

Funeral Rites are scheduled 10:30 a.m. Friday October 15, 2010 at Miller - Long & Folk Funeral Home 314 W. High Street in St. Marys, with the Rev. Steve Weatherly, officiating. Burial will follow at the Elm Grove Cemetery, in St. Marys.

Visitation for family and friends will be held 5 - 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home on High Street.
