M. Leona Anderson, 100, formerly of 1509 White Oak Drive in St.Marys, OH died 6:20 p.m. Monday June 8, 2009 at the St.Marys Living Center.

She was born October 21, 1908 in St.Marys, OH to Homer & Vida (Miller) Anderson.

Survivors include:

• nephew, Henry Kohler, Jr. of Pearland, TX
• niece, Eileen Walters of Marion, IN
• nephew, Norman “Jack” (Joan) Cline of Marion, IN
• niece, Marie (James) Davis of Avon, IN
• nephew, Steven Cline of Bull’s Gap, TN

She was preceded in death by her parents;, sister, Lucille Kohler, brother Ben Anderson, brother Sheldon Anderson

She was a retired production employee for the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. in St.Marys.

She enjoyed golfing well into her 90’s, and was an avid bowler whose team won several state championships.

She was a member of the St.Paul’s United Church of Christ in St.Marys.

Services are scheduled 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Miller - Long & Folk Funeral Home 314 W. High Street in St.Marys, with the Rev. Dr. Ed Bray, officiating. Burial will follow at the Elm Grove Cemetery, in St.Marys.

Visitation noon until 1:30 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
